This glitch project has been my favorite project thus far. My favorite way of glitching and editing my photos was via text editor. I loved going into the file’s information and breaking it enough that there were glitches, but not to the extent where the file was completely broken. I was also fascinated by the homemade glitch technique via photoshop. I intended on using photoshop for the majority of my images and then was going to bring those photos into text editor and add some unintentional glitches. However, every time I finished the edits on photoshop, I was unable to edit the images in text editor.

            My theme for this project focused on major 90’s fashion trends that I then edited as if they would be featured in a modern day editorial zine. My goal was to incorporate as many colors and neon aspects as possible. These images also highlighted what was popular in the fashion industry during this era; that included lots of pretty, skinny woman. I tried to make the photos as racially diverse as I could, however, it was extremely hard for me to find images of other women of different shapes and sizes. Overall I am happy with how my project turned out and it was rewarding when the class understood my theme during critique before I explained it.
